2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We do not store your card details.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Monthly plans: Auto-renew on the same date each month
• Annual plans: Auto-renew annually
• You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to prevent the next charge

4. Message Limits

• Message limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• We do not charge overages — when your limit is reached, you are prompted to upgrade
• Unused messages do not roll over to the next billing cycle

5. Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining billing period.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund for the current period.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via: Settings → Plan → Cancel Subscription, or email us at support@vividappstudio.com.

• Cancellation stops future billing immediately
• You retain full access until the end of your current paid period
• After that, your account reverts to the Trial plan
• Your data and chat history are preserved

7. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. You will receive email notifications. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription will be downgraded to the Trial plan. You can resubscribe at any time.

8. Trial Restrictions

Each user is entitled to one Trial period only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the Trial limit is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent account ban. We reserve the right to revoke Trial access if abuse is detected.
